Background Information

Hi everyone, my name is Mike Nguyen and I am a student at Washington State University. Besides being a student, I am also a freelancer and I love what I am doing right now. As you can see, I’m a blogger at MagentoPlazza.com. I’m also a PHP developer if I have not mentioned that lol ^^. I love my major right now, which is Management Information System and I wish I could become a CIO. Being a CIO, in my opinion, is great because I always love to apply ideas on improving business performance, analyze information about customers and business to bring new opportunities and of course, expand the company to serve more customers. That’s all about who I am.

Why do I start this blog

I have a chanced to work with some clients and the fact I do see about them is they need a Magento consultant, no matter what. It’s because Magento is kind of hard to understand and use it alone by yourself, who is completely not a tech savvy. However, sometimes hiring a consultant is expensive and if you owns a small store just for doing drop shipping, that cost may make you feel headache. So that’s why I have created this blog. To provide you with free and most accessible information that I think would be necessary for anyone to start a Magento Store. I will keep my promise of providing content that is easy to follow and also, you can ask me any questions whenever you want. Besides Magento, I also blog about some of my hobbies such as WordPress (I do love WordPress!), web design and E-commerce.
